In these Terms & Conditions, the following terms carry the meanings set out below unless the context requires otherwise.

2.1 Age Requirement. You must be at least 21 years of age to register an Account, access the Services, or place any Bet on qq1x2. By completing registration, you confirm that you are 21 or older. qq1x2 actively enforces this requirement through its KYC process. If qq1x2 has reasonable grounds to believe a Player is under 21, the Account will be suspended immediately and all funds therein will be held pending investigation. Winnings generated by an underage player are not payable.

2.2 Geographic Eligibility. qq1x2 primarily serves players located in Indonesia. You are responsible for ensuring that accessing and using online gaming services is permissible under the laws of your jurisdiction. qq1x2 does not warrant the legality of its services in any specific jurisdiction and shall not be liable for any regulatory consequences arising from a Player's decision to access the platform.

2.3 Legal Capacity. You must have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under applicable law. Persons who have previously been self-excluded from qq1x2 or any associated platform, or who are subject to a court order restricting gambling activity, are not eligible to register or use the Services.

2.4 Employee Exclusion. Employees, contractors, agents, and immediate family members of qq1x2 and its affiliated entities, game studios, and payment processors are not permitted to hold Player Accounts or participate in real-money gameplay on the platform.

3.1 One Account Per Person. Each individual is permitted to hold exactly one Account on qq1x2. Multiple accounts per person, household, device, IP address, or shared payment method are strictly prohibited. If duplicate accounts are identified, qq1x2 reserves the right to close all accounts associated with the individual, void any outstanding bets, and forfeit any bonus balances. Real Funds held across duplicate accounts will be consolidated and returned to the verified payment method following KYC, net of any applicable fees.

3.2 Accurate Information. You must provide accurate, complete, and current personal information at registration, including your full legal name, date of birth, residential address in Indonesia, and a valid email address. Providing false, misleading, or incomplete information is grounds for immediate Account termination and forfeiture of any balance.

3.3 Account Security. You are solely responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your username and password. qq1x2 recommends enabling two-factor authentication (2FA) via the Account security settings. You must notify qq1x2 support immediately if you suspect unauthorized access to your Account. qq1x2 will not be liable for losses resulting from unauthorized access that occur before you report the breach.

3.4 KYC Verification. qq1x2 may request identity documents — including a government-issued national identity card (KTP), passport, or driver's license — at any stage of the account lifecycle, including at registration, before processing a withdrawal, or following a change in account details. Failure to complete KYC within 14 days of a request will result in Account suspension. Withdrawal requests will not be processed for Accounts that have not completed KYC.

3.5 Account Currency. All Player Wallets on qq1x2 are denominated in Indonesian Rupiah (IDR). Deposit and withdrawal amounts are processed in Rp. qq1x2 does not currently support multi-currency accounts.

4.1 Supported Payment Methods. qq1x2 accepts deposits and processes withdrawals via the following Indonesian payment channels: BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, CIMB Niaga, OCBC NISP, Bank Danamon, OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, and LinkAja. qq1x2 reserves the right to add, modify, or remove supported payment methods at any time with reasonable notice to Players.

4.2 Deposit Processing. E-wallet deposits (OVO, DANA, GoPay, ShopeePay, LinkAja) are typically credited to the Player Wallet within 60 seconds of confirmation. Bank transfer deposits (BCA, BRI, BNI, Mandiri, and other supported banks) are typically credited within 10 minutes during standard WIB banking hours. qq1x2 does not guarantee processing times for deposits that are delayed by the Player's bank or e-wallet provider.

4.3 Minimum and Maximum Deposits. Minimum deposit amounts are specified in the cashier section of the Player Account and may vary by payment method. qq1x2 reserves the right to set maximum deposit limits on individual accounts as part of responsible gaming or risk management procedures.

4.4 Withdrawal Requests. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to KYC verification. E-wallet withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals are typically completed within 15 minutes to 4 hours during WIB banking hours. Processing times may be longer during Indonesian public holidays (including Idul Fitri, Idul Adha, and Nyepi) or during scheduled system maintenance.

4.5 Withdrawal Conditions. All Real Funds are withdrawable subject to KYC completion. Bonus Funds are not directly withdrawable; only winnings generated from Bonus Funds that have met the applicable wagering requirements may be withdrawn, up to any applicable maximum withdrawal cap stated in the promotion terms.

4.6 Payment Method Ownership. You may only deposit from and withdraw to payment methods registered in your own name. Third-party payments — including transfers from accounts held by family members, friends, or business associates — are not permitted and will result in Account suspension pending investigation.

4.7 No Fees. qq1x2 does not charge platform-side processing fees on standard deposits or withdrawals. Your bank or e-wallet provider may apply their own transaction fees, over which qq1x2 has no control.

5.1 General Bonus Terms. All bonuses and promotional offers made available by qq1x2 are subject to individual promotion terms which specify the eligible games, wagering requirements, minimum qualifying deposit, maximum bet size during bonus play, expiry period, and maximum cashout. These specific terms supplement and, in the event of conflict, take precedence over the general bonus provisions in this clause.

5.2 Wagering Requirements. Unless stated otherwise in a specific promotion, Bonus Funds must be wagered a minimum number of times (as stated in the applicable promotion) before any winnings derived from Bonus Funds become withdrawable. Not all games contribute equally to wagering requirements — live dealer casino tables and certain high-RTP slots may contribute at a reduced rate, as specified in the promotion terms.

5.3 Maximum Bet During Bonus Play. While Bonus Funds remain active in a Player Wallet, the maximum permitted bet per round or per event is Rp 100.000 (or such other amount as stated in the specific promotion), regardless of the Player's account balance. Bets exceeding this limit during active bonus play may result in the forfeiture of the bonus and any associated winnings.

5.4 Bonus Expiry. Bonus Funds and associated wagering requirements expire within the time period stated in the applicable promotion, typically 7 to 30 days from the date of issue. Expired Bonus Funds are automatically removed from the Player Wallet without replacement.

5.5 Abuse Prevention. qq1x2 reserves the right to withhold, void, or reverse any bonus or promotional benefit where it has reasonable grounds to believe that the Player has engaged in bonus abuse, including but not limited to: exploiting low-variance games to satisfy wagering requirements at minimal risk, coordinating bonus claims across multiple accounts, or providing false information to qualify for a promotion.

5.6 One Bonus at a Time. Players may not hold more than one active bonus simultaneously unless explicitly permitted by the applicable promotion terms. Opting into a new bonus while a prior bonus remains active may result in the automatic forfeiture of the prior bonus.

6.1 Final Results. All sporting event results and game outcomes are final once officially settled. qq1x2 relies on official league and governing-body results for sports markets (including BRI Liga 1, EPL, La Liga, Serie A, Bundesliga, Champions League, and Timnas Indonesia international fixtures). For live dealer casino games powered by Evolution Gaming, the result displayed at the conclusion of each game round is final.

6.2 Void Bets. qq1x2 reserves the right to void bets in circumstances including: obvious pricing errors (where the offered odds are materially inconsistent with market consensus), technical malfunctions affecting the integrity of a game round, or an event being abandoned before the applicable settlement threshold is reached. Voided bets are returned to the Player Wallet as Real Funds.

6.3 Minimum and Maximum Stakes. Minimum and maximum stake limits apply to each betting market and game, as displayed in the betting interface. qq1x2 reserves the right to apply individual stake restrictions to any Player Account without prior notice where necessary for risk management purposes.

6.4 Responsible Use of In-Play Features. Live betting (bandar bola in-play markets and live sportsbook markets) offers fast-moving odds that may shift significantly between the moment a bet is placed and the moment it is confirmed. Players acknowledge the inherent latency risk in in-play betting and accept that bets confirmed after a material result change may be settled on the updated odds or voided at qq1x2's discretion.

6.5 Togel Markets. qq1x2 offers togel (Indonesia's traditional numbers lottery) draw markets sourced from officially published draw results. qq1x2 does not operate or influence any underlying lottery draw. Market availability and draw schedules are displayed in the platform interface and may change without notice.

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on qq1x2 and may result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant authorities:

• Providing false identity information or impersonating another person during registration or KYC.
• Using automated bots, scripts, or software to interact with the platform in a manner not intended for human players.
• Exploiting software errors, display bugs, or pricing errors for financial gain.
• Colluding with other players to manipulate game outcomes, including chip dumping in poker or card games.
• Using VPN, proxy, or IP-masking services to circumvent geographic restrictions or account-level restrictions applied by qq1x2.
• Engaging in money laundering, fraud, or any other financial crime through the qq1x2 platform.
• Attempting to reverse-engineer, decompile, or otherwise interfere with the platform's software, security systems, or game logic.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing qq1x2 support staff or other players through any communication channel.
• Opening multiple accounts to circumvent deposit limits, self-exclusion orders, or promotional restrictions.
• Sharing Account credentials with any third party, or allowing any third party to operate your Account on your behalf.

8.1 Platform Ownership. All content on the qq1x2 platform — including but not limited to the qq1x2 brand name, logo, website design, software, text, graphics, game interfaces, and data compilations — is owned by or licensed to qq1x2 and is protected by applicable intellectual property law.

8.2 Limited License. qq1x2 grants you a personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable license to access and use the platform for lawful personal entertainment purposes only. This license does not permit you to reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any platform content without prior written consent from qq1x2.

8.3 Third-Party Content. Game content provided by third-party studios (including Pragmatic Play, Evolution Gaming, NetEnt, Microgaming, Spribe, and Pocket Games Soft) remains the intellectual property of those respective studios and is licensed to qq1x2 for display on the platform. Players have no rights in or to such third-party content beyond their in-session gaming experience.

10.1 Player Responsibility. Betting and casino gaming are forms of entertainment that carry inherent financial risk. Players are solely responsible for the bets they place and the funds they wager. qq1x2 strongly encourages all Players to set personal spending limits and to monitor their gaming activity regularly.

10.2 Available Tools. qq1x2 provides the following responsible gaming tools, accessible via Account settings at any time:

11.1 Platform Availability. qq1x2 aims to maintain platform availability of 99.9% or greater but does not guarantee uninterrupted access. The platform may be temporarily unavailable due to scheduled maintenance, emergency technical work, third-party service failures, or force majeure events. qq1x2 will not be liable for losses arising from platform unavailability.

11.2 Scope of Liability. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, qq1x2's total liability to any Player in connection with any claim arising from the use of the platform — whether in contract, tort, or otherwise — shall not exceed the total Real Funds deposited by that Player in the 30-day period preceding the claim.

11.3 Exclusions. qq1x2 shall not be liable for: (a) loss of profits, revenue, or anticipated winnings; (b) indirect, consequential, or incidental damages; (c) losses arising from the Player's own negligence, misuse of the platform, or breach of these Terms; (d) losses caused by third-party payment provider delays or failures; or (e) losses arising from a Player's failure to maintain Account security.

11.4 No Warranty. The platform and Services are provided on an "as is" basis. qq1x2 makes no warranty, express or implied, regarding the fitness of the platform for any particular purpose, the accuracy of any sports data or game result displayed, or the continued availability of any specific game or betting market.

12.1 Termination by qq1x2. qq1x2 reserves the right to suspend or permanently close any Player Account, with or without prior notice, in circumstances including: breach of these Terms, suspected fraudulent activity, failure to complete KYC, account inactivity exceeding 12 consecutive months, or where continued operation of the Account poses a regulatory or reputational risk to the platform.

12.2 Termination by Player. Players may request Account closure at any time by contacting support via live chat. Pending withdrawal requests will be processed to completion before the Account is formally closed. Bonus Funds remaining in the Wallet at the time of closure are forfeited.

12.3 Effect of Termination. Upon Account closure, the Player's access to the platform is revoked. Verified Real Funds that have not been withdrawn will be returned to the Player's registered payment method within 10 business days, subject to completion of any outstanding KYC requirements and net of any amounts legitimately owed to qq1x2.

12.4 Survival. Clauses 7 (Prohibited Conduct), 8 (Intellectual Property), 11 (Limitation of Liability), and 13 (Governing Law) survive the termination of these Terms and the closure of a Player Account.

13.1 Applicable Law. These Terms & Conditions are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which qq1x2 holds its primary international gaming license. In the event of any dispute, qq1x2 and the Player agree to first attempt resolution through good-faith negotiation via the platform's support channels.

13.2 Dispute Resolution. If a dispute cannot be resolved through negotiation within 30 days of the initial complaint being raised with qq1x2 support, either party may refer the matter to binding arbitration in accordance with the rules of the applicable regulatory authority. Players located in Indonesia acknowledge that online gambling occupies a particular legal position under Indonesian national law and agree that they access and use the platform entirely at their own risk and legal responsibility.

13.3 Language. These Terms & Conditions are drafted in English. In the event of any inconsistency between an English version and any translated version (if any), the English version shall prevail.

14.1 Right to Amend. qq1x2 reserves the right to update or amend these Terms & Conditions at any time. Material changes will be communicated to Players via a notice on the platform homepage and, where possible, via email to the address registered on the Account, no fewer than 7 days before the changes take effect.

14.2 Continued Use. Your continued use of the qq1x2 platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the amended Terms, you must cease using the platform and may request Account closure as described in Clause 12.2.
